David Walkden

FOUNDER / MD

David has over 20 years in the plumbing and heating industry. A plumber and gas fitter by trade, David has worked in social housing and commercial build companies most of his working life. During that time, David grew increasingly frustrated with the flippant attitude of corporations placing profit and growth over customers interests.

In 2016 David founded Elect Building and Maintenance limited, a company based on values he holds dear to himself - creating a service with people and community at its centre.

Andrew Blain

Director

With over 20 years experience in the gas industry and social housing Andrew has seen many changes especially in relation to modern technology and health and safety. Andrew is an avid believer in evolution to meet customer and client needs.
